submitted a "trouble Ticket" 15 days ago and still no response. Need I say more? Frankly, I cannot say anything positive about this hosting company except that my site is usually up. ...But then, that's not really an accomplishment is it? They are impossible to contact and DO NOT respond to trouble tickets or emails.
