They are the worse to respond. Find another host provider. You get what you pay for.
Here is a situation I am still waiting for resolution. It has been 3 days to fix a problem that takes less than 5 minutes.

Jim,
You put me on the allow list, but charter changed my ip address yesterday. The previous IP address was 68.116.151.97.
Please put my new IP address in the allow list. I was in the middle of backing up a website when everything went dark.
Thank you.

Jim,
I still can't get email or modify websites. Please put this new IP address on the allow list.
Thank you.

I still cannot access any domain I am hosting. I believe there are about 30 or so domains. But then again, I can't access the Master Console Panel either since I am unable to get access.
So, whatever those domains are, I'll be migrating them over the next month or so to another host provider.
Do ya think you can put my IP on the Access List today?!?! Or shall I blog Page Zone across the internet?

My customers are now impacted by this. If my access is not restored today, I will compile the impact to my customers and my business and will have our attorney issue a demand letter for damages.
This is ridiculous.
